saltimbocca

PORK saltimbocca
I used the same recipe as before with just a few changes...I used pork and sundried tomatos.
I paired it up with some Italian bread and some Swiss and white cheddar potato's.  Yes I love cheese!!!

  3. I just have to say, first time dropping by and I sure can see the family resemblance. Between you and Sheryle. Cheese goes good with almost anything!! Your recipe pictures are mouth watering.
